Jane Didona of Didona Associates, and Larry Marsicano of the Candlewood Lake Authority will give a slide presentation showing appropriate native plantings and techniques that provide both aesthetically pleasing and environmentally sensitive buffers along pond and stream banks. These experts will answer questions and suggest ways property owners can deter geese and improve both their backyards and the quality of the water around them.
